Have creeper explosions actually do damage, and spawn a bunch of them in the Spawn Town.

Maybe do a huge enclosed area and have players do a scavenger hunt inside. They would start with nothing, make tools with trees and such inside the area, and look for the items needed.

I'm going to attempt to take my house, demolish it and everything inside, and move those items to another location.
